Semester Academic Goals
Pillar
Project Description:
I would keep the same image but paint it differently because i didn't like the way i painted it. Next time I will work harder on the artistic point and not rush.
Semester Academic Goals
Another one of my academic goals would be studying for test not just the night/day before the test but all though the week, so the information can sink in.
The last academic goal for this semester would be paying attention during math lessons, and taking down all the notes in my brain book so I can look back on it if I need to.

Essay
Project Description:
Process: When we had to write our research paper about the civilization we participated in drafting in revision process which really made the final product the best it could possibly be.
Reflection: I learned all about the Inca civilization, and how to transition into different topics, and paragraphs.
It was very difficult for me to insert a thesis into my first paragraph, because I could not figure out how to make it fit into the paragraph. If I could I would change how I started off the first paragraph differently, because it wasn't as strong as it could of been.

Hero Project Reflection!
A hero to me would be someone who is willing to do anything to help someone else even if that meant putting there needs before your own. The hero in my eyes project was a assignment that we had to pick a person who we thought was heroic, (someone we knew) and about why we found them heroic, or in the heroic moment. We also had to capture a moment where we thought they were being heroic and take a picture.
We wrote about three drafts before we got to our final draft. Peer editing, and teacher editing was really helpful along the way. Keeping up with all the draft deadlines was really hard, sometimes I couldn't always get a draft in on that day.
I learned how to work on one moment, and using sensory detail in my writing. A lot of the time when someone edits your work they give suggestions to improve which they may have a good idea, but that might mean that you will have to change your whole perspective of your paper.
Perspective was really something you had to look for during this project. Everyone had a different perspective of a hero. So you had to make sure you respected other people perspective.
